On 31/01/2025, the closing ceremony of Road Safety week was conducted by Basirhat Police District in association with Sub-Divisional Administration in which a Rally was organized from Basirhat Boat Ghat to Town Hall followed by SDSL awareness Drama & Quiz competition for school students. SP Basirhat PD, SDO Basirhat , Addl SP (H/Q), Addl SP (Zonal), School children and other dignitaries participated.
